When will I receive my order?

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are 5-15 business days.

It may arrive in two packages depending on what you ordered.

How are your products made?

All of our items excluding apparel are handmade in our studio in Lisbon.

We work with a variety of partners for apparel production, yet all products are designed and created by independent artists and small brands.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let  us know by contacting us.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

I didn't receive all the items.

We ship our handmade products directly from our studio in Lisbon, ensuring each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Our apparel, however, is shipped from our partners' locations, which allows us to keep shipping costs low and speed up delivery times. Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on the items you purchased.

Rest assured, all your items are on their way. You will receive separate tracking information for each package. If you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 

● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your  neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.
